Beth Moore: Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith

"Traumas surface one way or another. If we're unable to bring them to the surface in healthy ways, they will float to the top in a myriad of destructive ways" (142).

I can trust Holy Spirit "to evoke memories that are true, edifying, and steeped in Jesus."
God was faithful even when I was faithless (144).

When I facilitate, I want to "desire nothing more than to wash... feet with the water of God's Word.
"... we act on most what we remember most" (151).

I 'have to get the old pictures [memories] a new frame [of reference/response]. God breaks the strongholds of my negative meditations when I re-frame my old memories with God in the picture. Freedom and faith emerge from deliberate acts of the will to shift my focus (155).

"... responsibility accompanies revelation" (160).

Isaiah 43:25

"I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more."
