Beth Moore, Believing God: Experiencing a Fresh Explosion of Faith

from DVD Session 4

"... being offended is not terminal or unforgivable."

blamelessness as defined in Psalm 19:13: "no longer in the activity of planning sin; premeditated sin

I am LOVED: blessed, chosen, adopted, accepted in the Beloved, redeemed, and forgiven. I need to behave like someone who believes those truths.

Tozer as quoted in Moore: I can be a theologian and still not be a saint.

I have sinned, but I don't become the sin.

"Freedom is one step away from my taking responsibility for my own sins."

God's joy: "pitifully self- and world-centered humans fighting the daily battle to become God-centered."

"That which is completely obvious and explainable is not faith" (74).

God has a ministry for me, and in Him I am completely competent to receive/fulfill it. Will I believe God? (76)
